At AGILE, we believe in the quality of our products and want to ensure you and your feline friend have the best possible experience. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we're here to help when that happens.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in brand new condition—unused and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that have been used, even lightly.
Return shipping costs are NOT covered by AGILE and are the responsibility of the customer. We can provide a prepaid shipping label for the return, however, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Handling Defective Products
In the unfortunate event that you receive a product with defects or damages, we request that you inform us about the nature of these defects. Depending on the severity of the issue, we will either ship necessary replacement parts or, if the situation warrants it, provide a complete product replacement.
Getting Your Cat to Love Their New Product
We understand that sometimes cats may be hesitant with new products. If you're having trouble getting your cat to use your new product, please reach out to our care team at email@example.com. Our cat behaviorist has helpful tips and techniques to help your cat adapt to its new environment.
