It arrived in a very beat up box (done by the shipping company) but when I opened the box it was so well packed that there was no damage. The assembly was fairly easy. I would suggest two people do it. The best part is how much my cat loves it. I should have ordered white because it’s hard to tell where the beautiful plush cushion ends and she begins. We are so pleased and I would highly recommend his company and their products.
Within minutes of putting the Leo together both of my Siberian cats were in like flynn and so happy in their baskets! At 15, and 17 pounds and growing, I was pleasantly surprised at how roomy the baskets are! Both boys are thrilled and have new favorite spots in the Leo! The hidey hole cave on the bottom was even occupied by each cat and even my small dog through my work day in my office today:) Very happy with my purchase!
The item came in an open box and defected. Both branches were cracked and one of the wicker baskets was defected. There’s no phone number to call the company, only email is provided in the website. It takes 24-48 hours to reply to emails. Slow awful customer service. The company claimed that that it’s normal for the product to have cracks and other defections. They refuse to exchange or replace the parts. I asked for return and a full refund. That was 3 days ago and I have not heard from since then.
This cat tree has been a big hit. I love it because it was ( mostly) easy to put together, is super sturdy, and looks great. The kitties love it because it’s fun and soft and they have room to stretch out. The both like the cave at the bottom too.
My cats are obsessed. They use every element of this incredible cat tree. It looks amazing and is very functional. My cats are so happy their mom treats them like royalty.
