L’arbre est de qualité et est facile d’installation, livraison rapide et efficace. Il a fallu que j’habitue Charlie à monter sur les différentes tablettes mais maintenant il le fait seul et apprécie la vue vers l’extérieur.

Le modèle est beau et les deux minous l'adore. Cependant la hauteur de l'arbre n'est pas celle inscrite sur le site Web. L'arbre est plus haut qu'indiqué. De plus, la qualité des matériaux est moyenne. La planche de la base de l'arbre est arrivée courbée et l'arbre est donc instable.
Cependant, excellent service à la clientèle qui a expédié un poteau plus petit pour avoir la hauteur désirée.

The Jasper arrived days before I expected it. Super easy to assemble; the hardware is impressive and the structure is solid. And it is not an eyesore like so many cat trees are! Both our large male cats took to it immediately; even the fat, clumsy one enjoys the top perch. Highly recommend this model

With one alteration, she loves it

The top post was initially too tall for my uncoordinated cat, and she could get up to the top platform but not get down. (Didn't stop her from going up all the time, she would just cry for help when she was ready to get down.) I was able to purchase a shorter post for $30 and now she loves it. I appreciate that all the fabric is washable because my cat is allergic to dust and it's easy to wash weekly. The small platform on the bottom left doesn't seem super stable, but fortunately it gets to rest on my apartment windowsill.

Very Good Tree

WE have two Maine Coon kittens that needed a sturdy cat tree. This one fits the bill, it is solid and well made. The two boys love it!
