I'm always skeptical when it comes to stuff I buy online, especially when it has a bunch of 5 star reviews. I guess that's just the cynic in me. When the box arrived, the box seemed to be in bad shape (like other reviews have said) but when I opened it, all the pieces were there, in great condition and looked great! I put it together pretty easily although it may take some patience depending on your assembly abilities. It is so perfect. It's lovely to look at, my cats love it, and they fit it, which I was worried about. I have a 7lbs and a 15lbs size cat and was worried it would be too small but they both can do all the leaps and bounds and fit on all the levels perfectly! I am extremely pleased with my order and would point anyone looking for a great cat tower, to Agile.
My baby King George loves his new condo: His mommy loves how beautiful and sturdy it is. I was surprised how quick it came. I also like the material of the bedding, comfortable for him to sleep.

The shipping was quick surprisingly with the truck driver situation in Canada but the packaging was delivered to my door completely opened on all sides. It was obvious that someone tried to tape it back together but it didn’t work because the white parts of the tree were exposed. I am very surprised that nothing was damaged, fell out or that it wasn’t completely dirty since I ordered the white tree except for one spot which isn’t horrible. Overall I love the style and look and it’s pretty sturdy. My cats of course love it.
