Do NOT buy from them!! When I received the package, the box was extremely dirty and almost fell apart. I noticed there were quite a few items missing, including screws, instructions and scratchers. I sent an email to the customer service and got a quick reply. However, the second package I received still did not include the full items that were missing. Even though I double checked with them before they shipped the second package and they said they exactly know what I need, the package is still not complete! There has been over two weeks and my cat tree still cannot be installed!
